Obituary of Richard A. Rodzinka

Oneida-RichardA. Rodzinka, formerly of 226 Farrier Ave. passed away early Thursday morning September 4, 2025 in the Ther Grand at Rome where he most recently resided at the age of 80.

  He was born on August 9, 1945 in Oneida, New York a son of the late Adam and Elizabeth “Betty” (Hornyak) Rodzinka and earned his bachelor’s degree at Syracuse University in 1967.

  Prior to his retirement Richard was an insurance adjustor with Utica National Insurance Company.

  Richard is survived by several cousins and numerous relatives.

  He will be laid to rest on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. in St. Helena’s Cemetery, 1776 Middle Road, Oneida, NY. Arrangements are with the Malecki Funeral Home of Sherrill. Online condolences may be sent to maleckifuneralhome.com
