Obituary of Barbara A. Fedor

Vernon-Barbara Ann Fedor, age 69, of Jenkins Road passed away unexpectedly Saturday evening July 11, 2020 in the St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Center. She was born on April 12, 1951 in Utica, New York a daughter of the late Louis J. Sr. and Irene (Rzeszot) Fedor. She attended the Westmoreland Schools and graduated from Monroe High School in Rochester, NY. Barbara had a giving heart. She raised two daughters. She was caregiver to her mom for over 14 years. She was an animal lover and enjoyed caring for her cats, both domestic and strays. She also enjoyed flower gardening, talking on the phone, playing games and a good cup of coffee. Barbara is preceded in death by both her parents and two of her siblings; Larry Fedor and Patricia (Fedor) Schaefer. She is survived by her daughter and husband Annette and Kent Holmes and two grandsons Dendreck and Zachary Holmes of Hopkinsville, KY., daughter and husband Patricia and David Lewis, grandson Maddux Lewis and granddaughter Paisley Lewis of Covington, GA., siblings Louis Jr and wife Mary Fedor, Lorraine and husband Gerry Lacy, Linda and husband Greg Johnson, James Fedor, Leon Fedor, Sharon Fedor and Rick Fedor, as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial service to remember Barbara will be held at a later time and date to be announced due to COVID 19 restrictions.
