Obituary of Donald G. Wyman

Clinton-Donald Wyman, 88, went home to be with the Lord on January 1, 2025 with his loving family by his side.
  On May 22, 1936, Don was born to Glenn and Marjorie Wyman in Rome, NY.  He attended RFA and then Utica College, retiring from GE after 35 years.
  He was the beloved husband of the former Carol Ann Williams who he married on June 29, 1957 in Utica, NY.
   He was considered the best father, grandpa and great grandpa by his loving family. Don was devoted to his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Camping, boating, skiing, woodworking, and building were among his many passions. 
  Throughout his life, Don served the Lord in various Christian ministries and was loyal to his local church.
  Those left to cherish memories of Don are his spouse, Carol Wyman; children: Mark Wyman, Lori Lanz (Rick), Brian Wyman (Lynnette) and David Wyman (Shauna); grandchildren: Amy Catlett, Bethel Clark, Ruth Edmondson, David Wyman, Richard Lanz Jr., Jessica Lanz, Angela Denton, Madison Wyman, Victoria Wyman and Spencer Wyman; 24 ½ great grandchildren; siblings: Debbie Unangst; Brother-in-law: Dale Klingensmith; and many nieces and nephews.
Don is proceeded in death by his father, Glenn Wyman and mother, Majorie Wyman; sister Paula Klingensmith and brother, Daniel Wyman; brother-in-law, Bill Unangst; grandsons Joshua Lanz and Kurt Wyman.
  Don will be dearly missed. His family was his pride and joy. He showed unconditional love to them. He was always a person you could count on and didn't hesitate to help anyone in need.
  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 pm at Crosspoint Church, 317 Oriskany Blvd., Whitesboro on Saturday, January 4, 2025. Private burial will be at a later date. Relatives and friends may call at Crosspoint Church on Saturday from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 3:00 pm.  Friends and family are invited to join us for a short time of lite refreshments after the service.
