Margaret E. (Ineson) Stack
Sherrill-Margaret E. (Ineson) Stack, age 95, most recently of the Rome Hospital Residential Healthcare Facility passed away Thursday evening March 26, 2015.
She was born on September 25, 1919 in Little Falls, NY to Mabel (Kingsbury) Ineson and Robert Ineson.
She was predeceased by her parents and brother, Robert "Bobby" Ineson of Waterford, NY as well as her husband Thomas B. (Bernie) Stack in 2010. She is survived by her sister in law Mary Ineson and her niece Marcia O'Beirne and nephew "Robbie" Ineson, brother in law Thomas J. Stack and sister in law Kristine Stack and many nieces and nephews from the Stack family.
Peg is also survived by her only child, Mary O'Brien and her husband Richard O'Brien of South Amboy, NJ and three granddaughters: Peggy Primiano, Patti (Donald) Rolzhausen, Dena (Eric) Charbonneau and 6 great grandsons, Christopher and Sean Primiano, Bryan and Connor Rolzhausen and George and Ian Charbonneau, all of NJ.
Peg graduated from St. Mary's High School, Little Falls, NY in 1937 and also "graduated in music" and played piano with the Little Falls Symphony Orchestra. She played the organ at St. Mary's church in Little Falls and was organist and choir director at St. Helena's in Sherrill, NY. She loved music and especially enjoyed hosting "choir parties" in her home.
Bernie and Peg were married on April 26, 1941 in St. Mary's church of Little Falls and lived in Little Falls, Sherrill and Vernon before relocating to the Residential Health Care Facility at Rome Hospital in June 2010.
Family and friends are invited to call on Monday March 30, 2015 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Malecki Funeral Home Inc., 464 Sherrill Rd., Sherrill. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 1:30 p.m. in St. Helena's Church Primo Ave., Sherrill. Spring burial will be in St. Helena's Cemetery, Oneida.
