Bill was an amazing neighbor to my daughter and her husband who live across the street from Bill! He helped them out so many times by snowblowing, etc. etc. knowing they are busy working that it just warmed their hearts each and every time!!!! What a wonderful man who did this for my kids purely out of the kindness in his heart!!!

So sad to hear, another one gone. I was an exchange student a VVS from South Africa in 67/8 and (sort of as a rugby player) played on the football team with Bill. I didn't have much do with with him personally but he always impressed me with his quiet nature. What he had to say he did on the football field. I would guess that that was the way he lived his life. My condolences to his family. Chris Vorwerk

Bill and I have been friends since birth, I am a day older. We were always together in all sports and there was not a better all around athlete than Bill. I was a better person by being a friend of his and will miss him as everyone will. Best always to his beloved family. Ron Albro
